Hydrofend coated fabric surpasses uncoated fabrics with up to six times greater water repellency while still providing breathability. The marine fabric is made from solution-dyed polyester for outdoor protection and color retention. Designed to handle demanding applications, Hydrofend features a high break strength, tear strength, and double rub count. The unique solvent coating on the back of the boat fabric blocks moisture, protects surfaces from abrasion, and prevents fraying. The face of the marine fabric features an attractive matte, woven look.
Hydrofend coated fabric is cold-crack resistant and does not attract mold or mildew. This enables effective, lasting protection in any climate. Lightweight and highly functional, the boat cover fabric can be cleaned easily, even with bleach. It packs, stores, and tows nicely without damage.
