Most vintage vault orders will take approximately 3-5 weeks to ship. for larger orders or orders utilizing custom order materials may take anywhere from 6-10 weeks. Inquire with us to check current lead times as they may also fluctuate with current pipeline volume.

CFR Patio will arrange shipping with the carrier at the company's discretion. For larger items requiring freight service, Special arrangements can be made for white glove delivery upon customer request ahead of placing the order. White Glove Delivery will incur an additional fee to be assessed on a per order basis.

CFR Patio provides a 3-Year Residential Warranty and 2-Year Commercial Warranty that applies to all finishes, fabrics, and vinyl straps. Although CFR Patio does inspect all pieces for structural integrity - due to the nature of the product, We cannot warranty or guarantee the frame integrity of any restored outdoor furniture. Due to the custom nature of the product, No returns shall be excepted. If your items arrive defective, unserviceable, damaged, or incorrect fabric / color selections, Arrangements can be made for a return or exchange. Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving your items. Transportation fees not included in return.
