Authentic 1960s Ames Aire Hi-Back Side Chair

Ames Aire pieces from this era are recognized for combining durable steel construction with woven cord seating, creating lightweight visual form with long-term outdoor performance.

This hi-back side chair features a steel frame paired with woven vinyl cording seating, giving the chair a tall, slender profile suited for dining or accent use in vintage patio settings. The frame remains structurally sound and is offered as a custom restoration opportunity through CFR Patio’s factory. Professional powder coat refinishing and new vinyl cording installation are available in your selected colors to restore both appearance and comfort.
