How to Restore Your Richard Schultz 1966 Furniture
Step 1 - Estimate Request
Request a formal estimate from us using our request form. The form will direct you to answer all the questions we need in order to provide an accurate estimate. Be sure to include reference photos so we may identify your items and match them up with our internal price list.
We need to have reference photos, item quantities, and also if any structural repairs are required (welding / bending).
Step 2 - Wait to receive your estimate
All estimate requests will be replied to within 1-2 business days. Please give us the time to build your personalized estimate. We may also call or email you during this period to clarify any questions we may have. If all details are clear, We will email you an itemized (per item) estimate for the work.
Step 3 - Select your colors!
You may order all available samples on our website here
Sample orders arrive in approximately 3-4 business days.
Step 4 - Place your order!
Following your formal acceptance, We will request a 50% deposit to place your order which will put your job in line for production. We prioritize all restoration projects by date of deposit (first in, first out). Most Richard Schultz restorations take approximately 6-8 weeks from beginning to end.
We accept all major credit cards as well as ACH, Check payment by mail, and Zelle.
Step 5 - Furniture pickup appointment
Follwing order placement, CFR Patio will organize the shipment of your furniture with one of our 3rd party delivery partners. Our driver will pick up the furniture approximately 7-12 days from order placement. Our delivery driver will be in touch to give you a timeframe for pickup 24-48 hours ahead of their arrival.
Step 6 - Pre-Production Inspection
Ahead of production, Our team will complete an inspection of the furniture upon it's arrival to our workshop. Any additional repairs requiring welding or fabrication will be brought to the customer's attention for approval of any additional costs these repairs may incur.
Step 7 - Production
Give us the time it takes to masterfully restore your furniture back to it's original conidition. If you are ever curious on status during the course of the project, Our office is open 5 days a week. We are more than happy to provide our customers updates upon request.
Step 8 - Completion
When your furniture is completed, We will snap photos of the finished work for you to see how your furniture came out! We will then ask for the final remaining balance on the account so that we can pack your furniture for delivery. With our packing methods, We ensure that all of your furniture arrives in beautifully, fully restored condition.
Step 8 - Delivery
Your delivery appointment will go a lot like your pickup appointment. Your delivery driver will notify you 24-48 hours from delivery.
